本文对用天青石矿冶炼低钙硅锶合金在SrSO_4用硅还原的可能性、冶炼中的脱硫及低钙合金的获得等问题进行了热力学分析。实验结果表明,天青石矿用硅铁还原可制得含硫很低的适合作铸铁孕育剂的低钙硅锶合金。由于天青石矿中锶和钙的还原存在着一定的共性,为了限制钙的还原,在一定程度上也抑制了锶的还原,故使锶的收得率处于较低的水平。
In this paper, the thermodynamic analysis of the low-calcium-silicon-strontium alloy smelting Celestite in the reduction of SrSO 4 with silicon, the desulfurization in smelting and the availability of low-calcium alloys were carried out. Experimental results show that celestite mine with ferrosilicon can be obtained with low sulfur content suitable for cast iron inoculant low calcium silicon strontium alloy. As strontium and calcium in celestite ore there is a certain commonality, in order to limit the reduction of calcium, to a certain extent, also inhibited the reduction of strontium, strontium yield so at a lower level.
