本文通过对经济发展的论述,说明了质量地位已上升到战略高度,必须做为制定国策的依据。文中还详尽地分析了我国国情与质量国策的关系,认为推行全面质量管理是符合我国国情的重大措施。并根据世界各国经济发展的趋势,指出了质量革命势在必行。质量事业的发展为宏观经济和微观经济带来了巨大的经济效益,正在强烈地影响着各国的国策和管理体制的改革。在社会生产力高度发达的今天,质量已经在挑战了。在这个挑战面前,我们怎样看待质量?怎样认识挑战?取得了什么教益?应该如何决定我们的政策?这些至关重要的问题,引人深思。
Through the discussion of economic development, this article shows that the quality status has risen to a strategic height and must be used as the basis for formulating the national policy. The article also detailed analysis of the relationship between China’s national conditions and quality of national policy, that the implementation of total quality management is an important measure in line with China’s national conditions. According to the trend of economic development in various countries in the world, it is imperative to have a quality revolution. The development of the quality business has brought tremendous economic benefits to the macroeconomy and the microeconomy, and it is strongly affecting the reform of national policies and management systems in various countries. In the highly developed social productive forces today, the quality has been challenged. In front of this challenge, what do we think about quality? How to recognize the challenges? What lessons have we got? How should we decide on our policies? These crucial issues are thought-provoking.
