根据宝安区水土保持特点、区内生产建设项目监督管理要求,建立适应水土保持监督管理需求的数据库系统,初步实现了水土保持行政审批、监督执法、宣传和生态建设等日常管理流程化、动态化、规范化,面向社会公众公开信息及提供服务常态化,建立了政府与社会公众、开发建设单位以及水土保持工作者沟通的网路渠道。增强了水土保持监督管理机构管理水平,实现水土保持管理规范化、高效化。
