《湖北省省级预备费管理办法》已经省人民政府批准,现印发给你们,请照此执行。湖北省省级预备费管理办法第一条根据《预算法》规定,为加强省级预备费管理,特制定本办法。第二条预备费是在各预算中不规定具体用途的当年后备基金。根据省级财力状况,一般按照当年省级预算支出额的1%—3%设置预备费。第三条省级预备费用于当年预算执行中的自然灾害救灾开支及其他难以预见的特殊开支。具体用于以下几个方面:1、较大自然灾害的预防、防汛等特殊性支出;2、发生较大自然灾害后的抗灾、救灾、救济等支
