在知识经济发展迅速的今天 ,知识开始成为最重要的生产要素和社会财富的主要源泉 ,而要获取知识 ,就离不开学习。十六大报告中也提出“要营造全民学习的、终身学习的学习型社会”。本文从创建学习型社会必须实现学习的社会化、必须以人的全面发展为最终目标、必须与时俱进 ,这三个方面谈了自己的初浅认识。
With the rapid development of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the main source of the most important production factors and social wealth. To acquire knowledge, it can not be separated from learning. The report of the 16th CPC National Congress also proposed that “all-nation learning and lifelong learning-oriented society should be created.” This article from the founding of a learning society must realize the socialization of learning, we must take people’s all-round development as the ultimate goal, we must advance with the times, these three aspects of their initial understanding.
