“中阿”——中国·阿拉伯化肥有限公司,是中国与突尼斯、科威特三国共同合资兴建的,被邓小平生前誉为“南南合作典范”的我国目前最大的复合肥生产企业。1991年在沿海开放城市秦皇岛建成并投入生产。1994年以来,已先后为国家提供优质复合肥184.5万吨。看到“中阿”的发展,人们自然想到总经理武四海。现为河北省政协常委的武四海,1969年天津大学化学工程系毕业,后分配到石家庄市化工三厂工作,1975年调到河北省
