开封地处黄河下游 ,应着重塑造以水资源开发为特色的旅游经济发展模式。为了充分利用和开发开封城市旅游水系资源 ,必须对系统开发这种特色旅游资源的综合价值进行认真的分析。建立完整的城市旅游水系 ,可以使城市其他旅游景点链接成一个系统的旅游网络 ,其具有的水运交通经济价值 ,可以使开封城市旅游经济的开发更具活力。开封旅游水系的系统开发 ,还具有良好的环境保护价值 ,对树立新的开封旅游城市形象具有积极的影响 ,其潜在社会价值较高。充分认识开封城市旅游水系资源开发的综合价值 ,有助于搞好开封城市旅游经济建设的远景规划
Kaifeng is located in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, should focus on shaping the development of tourism economy featuring water resources development. In order to make full use of the urban tourism water resources in Kaifeng City, the comprehensive value of this special tourism resources must be carefully analyzed.
