通过对6个足尺约束梁正负弯矩过渡段和两个悬臂段的静力试验,研究了负弯矩钢筋分批切断时延伸段的受力性能。在对延伸段上钢筋应变分布进行细致测定的基础上,结合对斜裂缝发展状况及规律的考察,分析了不同剪跨比下钢筋延伸段的受力特点,获得了一系列新的认识。发现现行设计规范规定的延伸长度在剪跨比大时取值不足,剪跨比小时又裕量较大,为分批切断钢筋时延伸长度的合理取值提供了理论和试验依据。
The static behavior of the extension section of the negative bending moment steel batch shearing was studied by the static tests of six full-length beam restrained transition sections and two cantilever sections. Based on the detailed determination of the strain distribution of the steel bars in the extension section, combined with the investigation of the development and laws of the oblique cracks, the stress characteristics of the steel bar extension sections with different shear span ratios are analyzed and a series of new understandings are obtained. It is found that the extension length specified in the current design specification is insufficient when the shear-to-span ratio is large, and the shear-span ratio is small and marginally large. This provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the reasonable value of the extension length when cutting the steel batchwise.
