基于轧制力Bland-Ford简化模型,建立了带钢平整过程中的屈服强度预报模型,现场使用表明:预报数据与实际检测数据吻合度超过95%,为现场生产提供了参考。
Based on the Bland-Ford simplified model of rolling force, a yield strength prediction model was established in the strip flattening process. The field application shows that the predicted data is in good agreement with the actual measured data and provides a reference for on-site production.
