我车间的六线是生产小型可锻铸件的生产线,该线原来采用脱箱造型,浇注前需加套箱,经浇注并冷却一般时间后再脱去套箱。所以劳动强度很大,一个班要搬运套箱的累积重量达40~50吨。一九七四年在工具分厂支援下,组织了以生产工人为主体的技改班子,经过反复研究,自行设计、制造、安装、修改,终于在两个月内搞成了套箱、脱箱机械化装置,平面布置图见图 1。使用效果良好,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,受到生产工人欢迎。
The sixth line of my workshop is a production line for producing small malleable castings. Originally, the line was unzipped, with a box before casting. After pouring and cooling, it was taken off the box. Therefore, a great labor intensity, a class to move the cumulative weight of the glove box of 40 to 50 tons. In 1974, with the support of the tool factory, the technical team with production workers as the main body was organized. After repeated studies, it was designed, manufactured, installed and modified by itself. At last it became a complete set in two months Box mechanized device, the layout shown in Figure 1.
