采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃表面制得TiO2薄膜,以370 nm的紫外光为光源研究甲基红在TiO2薄膜上的光催化降解效果。结果表明制备薄膜原料中,钛酸丁酯∶无水乙醇∶蒸馏水∶聚乙二醇体积比为4.5∶30∶1.5∶2.0,PH值为2.5的时候对甲基红溶液降解率最大,达到47.0%。并且提拉次数为5降解率能达到80.32%。
The TiO2 thin film was prepared on the surface of glass by sol-gel method. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl red on TiO2 thin film was studied by using 370 nm ultraviolet light as light source. The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl red solution was the highest when the molar ratio of butyl titanate: absolute ethanol: distilled water: polyethylene glycol was 4.5: 30: 1.5: 2.0 and the pH value was 2.5, reaching 47.0 %. And the pulling rate of 5 degradation rate can reach 80.32%.
