研究生培养是创新型科研人才成长的基础,其质量与社会经济和科技进步息息相关。高等医学院校研究生培养直接影响到人们未来的身心健康,需要特别重视。在研究生培养过程中,尤其是硕士研究生新生阶段,学生存在科研素质不高、方法不当、目标不明确、适应能力和动手能力不强等问题。青年教师作为高等医学院校科研和教学的骨干力量,应充分发挥个人智慧,在改革创新的大环境下,帮助硕士研究生新生完成良好过渡并激励学生健康、积极地投入科学研究。
