本文针对异步恒延伸轧制的原理和带材纵向厚度精度的变化规律进行了研究;对常规同步轧制、拉直异步轧制和异步恒延伸轧制时的带材纵向厚度差进行了比较和分析;对S辊的张力自然调节作用和范围进行了分析与阐明;指出异步恒延伸轧制在负辊缝情况下轧制薄带材,可以显著提高成品的厚度精度;最后对异步恒延伸轧制消除厚度差的能力进行了分析。
In this paper, the principle of asynchronous constant elongation rolling and the change rule of strip longitudinal thickness precision were studied. The longitudinal thickness difference of strip was compared with that of conventional synchronous rolling, straightening asynchronous rolling and asynchronous constant stretching rolling. Analysis and clarification of the natural adjusting function and range of the tension of S roller. It is pointed out that asynchronously extending rolling can roll the thin strip under negative roll gap, which can significantly improve the thickness accuracy of the finished product. Finally, The ability to eliminate the thickness difference was analyzed.
