生产设备长时间停车后,由于浆液中含有游离酸,会腐蚀设备,产生铁离子含量升高,最终导致再生产时的丝束白度 b 值升高,如升高的程度过大,丝束会明显发黄,导致不合格产品的出现,加上开车浪费大量的人力和物力,一旦开车不会轻易停下来,即如果出现不合格品根本就没有调整的时间。本文主要描述检测浆液白度的可行性方法,可以提前表征丝束的大致白度,对可控范围内的调整提供重要依据。“,”after the production equipment is shut down for a long time, the slurry containing free acid will corrode the equipment, resulting in the increase of iron ion content, which will eventually lead to the increase of tow whiteness b value during reproduction.
