这是一所仅有28名教职员工的上海公办小学和一群生活在农村、城市夹缝中的“小候鸟”——这是“柳营”的世界。在他们共同讲述的外来务工人员子女融入城市学校的原声带中,浓缩着一个时代的教育轨迹。2007年,全球城市人口数已超过了世界总人口数的50%。也是在这一年,中国共产党中央委员会第十七次全国代表大会首次把“教育公平”提到了“社会公平的重要基础”的高度。随着城市化进程的加快,教育公平不仅是摆在中国各大城市面前的一道难题,也成为了全世界共同面临的课题。
This is a public elementary school with only 28 faculty members in Shanghai and a group of “migratory birds” living in rural areas and cities - this is the world of “Liu Ying”. The migrant workers’ children, who they jointly described, integrated into the soundtrack of urban schools and concentrated the education track of an era. In 2007, the global urban population has exceeded 50% of the world’s total population. It was also during this year that for the first time, the 17th National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China mentioned “education fairness” at the height of “an important foundation of social fairness.” With the acceleration of urbanization, educational equity is not only a difficult issue facing major cities in China, but also a topic that the entire world faces together.
