企业家是特殊的人力资本,是一种非常稀缺的资源。我国要为企业家的培训、交流创造必要的条件,建立企业家激励约束机制,让企业家在不断的实践磨炼中成长。
Entrepreneurs are special human capital and a very scarce resource. Our country should create the necessary conditions for the training and exchange of entrepreneurs and establish an incentive and restraint mechanism for entrepreneurs so that entrepreneurs can grow in constant practice.
