残疾人、低保户、无固定收入这些词语让人想到的是怎样的生活情景,是穷困潦倒-还是食难果腹-但是如果你看到的是花园式的楼房,整洁的小区街道,保安、保洁认真负责,交通便利的配套设施,你是否会想到这是一片专门为低保户建设的廉租房小区。在天津河北区,记者走访了联建里廉租房小区,不但惊讶小区楼房的整洁漂亮,更感叹天津市政府对于投资建设廉租房小区的力度和改善低保户住房条件的决心。
