当前世界主要产棉地区,都十分重视早熟性。但是关于棉花早熟性的涵义及其测定,目前尚缺乏一致的认识。本项研究的目的,在于探索陆地棉早熟性的适当指示性状,这些性状应和实际的早熟性有显著的相关性、有较高的遗传力,最好能在生育早期就能加以测定。根据两年对出苗期、现蕾期、开花期、初絮期、盛絮期、第一果枝高度、第一果枝节位、平均主茎节间长度和第一次籽棉产量%等九种性状估计得的遗传力,结果以现蕾期和盛絮期的遗传力较高,两者各和第一次籽棉产量%的相关系数又极显著,因此,以现蕾期或盛絮期作为评定陆地棉早熟性的指示性状,较为适合。但盛絮期的测定,失之过晚,不如现蕾期在生育早期就能测出,对当年选择更有现实意义。
The current world’s major cotton-producing regions, attaches great importance to premature. However, there is still no consensus on the meaning and determination of cotton precocity. The purpose of this study was to explore the appropriate indicator traits of upland cotton, which should have a significant correlation with actual precocity, high heritability, and best measured early in reproductive years. According to two traits of emergence, budding, flowering, early florescence, vigorous period, the first fruit branch height, the first fruit branch node, the average main stem internode and the first seed cotton yield% and other nine traits The estimated heritability results in a higher heritability at budding and vigorous periods and a very significant correlation between the two and the first seed cotton yield, so bud or blooming Upland cotton indications, more suitable. However, the determination of the flocking period, too late, as early budding stage can be measured, the year more practical choice.
