新教学模式对于传统教学环境下视听说教师的角色提出了新的挑战,教师必须及时积极适应角色转变,以适应新模式下视听说课程的要求。本文从组织设计课堂活动;评估和激励学生等方面论述了教师应如何进行角色转换。
The new teaching model poses new challenges to the role of audiovisual teachers in the traditional teaching environment. Teachers must adapt themselves to the change of roles in time to adapt to the requirements of audio-visual courses under the new teaching mode. This article discusses how teachers should change roles from the aspects of organizing classroom activities, evaluating and motivating students.
