收集65例颊癌手术标本及临床资料,正常人颊部组织作对照,通过免疫组化方法定量研究了颊癌内血管密度与其区域淋巴结转移和远处转移的关系。结果发现:颊癌内血管密度明显高于正常颊部,且随着局部淋巴结转移和全身转移的出现,其血管密度也明显增加;血管密度达到30条/mm2时,是颊癌转移发生的警界值,以此值预测颊癌转移的发生,敏感性达89.19%、特异性达82.14%、准确率为86.84%,具有良好的阳性预测价值,为临床上选择合理的治疗方案,提供可靠的依据。另外,本文对颊癌内血管生成与血道及淋巴道转移可能的机理进行了初步分析
Sixty-five cheek cancer surgical specimens and clinical data were collected, and the normal human cheek tissues were used as a control. The relationship between the vascular density in the cheek cancer and the regional lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis was quantitatively studied by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the density of blood vessels in the cheek cancer was significantly higher than that of the normal cheek, and the density of blood vessels was significantly increased with the occurrence of local lymph node metastasis and systemic metastasis. When the density of blood vessels reached 30 / mm2, it was the alert of buccal carcinoma metastasis. The value of this value predicts the occurrence of buccal carcinoma metastasis with a sensitivity of 89.19%, a specificity of 82.14% and an accuracy of 86.84%, which has a good positive predictive value for the clinical selection of reasonable Treatment programs to provide a reliable basis.
