“厂中校”建设是当下高职院校与企业合作培养高技能人才的重要模式。现阶段高职院校怎样才能培养好服装专业技术人才;怎样与企业相结合产学研共同发展;怎样在校企合作下管理好学生是目前一大难题。达利(中国)有限公司产学研中心把服装专业课程内容与具体操作实践相结合,把课本知识融入服装生产项目化教学当中。在教学方面达利产学研中心解决了服装专业学生下企业知识与实践相结合的部分难题,希望这些经验能为同类院校提供一定依据与参考。
“Lieutenant Colonel ” construction is an important model for vocational colleges and enterprises to cultivate highly skilled personnel. How to cultivate the professional and technical talents of garment in the higher vocational colleges at present stage? How to combine the production, study and research with the enterprise? How to manage the students under the cooperation of the school and the enterprise is a big challenge at present. Dali (China) Co., Ltd. Production and Research Center of the clothing professional course content and practice of combining practice, the textbook knowledge into the garment production project teaching them. In teaching Daly production and research center to solve the garment undergraduate knowledge and practice under the business part of the combination of some of the problems, I hope these experiences can provide some basis for similar institutions and reference.
