读完贵刊在今年第五期上刊登的案例《如何面对自己的“遗像”》,笔者忍俊不禁,同时也颇受启发。一方面,很高兴在学生普遍早熟的今天,仍然有“李小小”这样富于童趣的教育故事上演;另一方面,在这则案例中,笔者看到了教师的教育智慧和教育情怀,这是教育的幸事。作为一名从教30余年的教育工作者,笔者始终坚信:真正的教育应当建立在对个体生命尊重的基础上,它是教师影响、引导、优化学生生命品质的过程。赵老师的第二种做法,完成的就是这种过程。案例中的第二种处理方式,充分体现了教师对学生“天性”的
