中等职业学校的学生都具有一定的特殊性,多数中职学生是学困生,难教、难学、难带,这就决定了中等职业学校班主任工作的复杂性和艰苦性。作为班级管理的直接管理者和第一责任人的中职班主任,应立足于中职学校和中职生的实际,从班级管理方法和自身素质等多方面,着手做好中职班主任工作。
