本文认为公告执行的表现形 式是公告，但它不同于执行 公告。公告执行是加大执行 力度的全新执行措施，从效 力看，它具有“准破产宣告” 的性质。它是克服“执行难、 难执行”的执行现状的客观 需要，是对我国现行执行制 度的发展与完善。
