本实验兔急性心肌缺血后早期再灌流动物模型,观察早期再灌流对缺血区与非缺血区心肌超微结构的影响,并利用公认的自由基清剂(超氧化物歧化酶,SOD)探索自由基在其中的可能作用。实验发现,缺血区心肌超结构的损伤程度,依次为持续结扎组>单纯再灌流组>SOD再灌流组;非缺血区只是单纯再灌流组变化较明显。结果表明,随着再灌流的发生,非缺血区心肌也受到损伤,这种再灌流损伤与自由基有一定的关系。
