Zuo Gui Wan is one of the representatives of Ming Dynasty famous doctor Zhang Jingyue’s yin and yang mutual aid law. In recent years, the use of its treatment of non-insulin-dependent diabetes has achieved a better therapeutic effect. The mechanism of hypoglycemic action has been discussed in this paper.
