对猴耳环药渣进行蒸汽爆破预处理得到猴耳环药渣纤维,与高密度聚乙烯复合制备复合材料,实现了猴耳环药渣废弃物资源的高值化利用。测试了复合材料的力学性能,用扫描电镜观察不同处理方式的猴耳环药渣以及所制备的复合材料拉伸断面的形貌,分析了经不同方式处理的猴耳环药渣的主要成分。结果表明,蒸汽爆破处理药渣可使纤维束解离出纤维细胞作为增强材料;蒸汽爆破次数会影响复合材料最终的力学性能。猴耳环药渣蒸汽爆破4次制备的复合材料的力学性能最优。
Monkey ear dregs were subjected to steam explosion pretreatment to obtain monkey ear dross fibers, which were compounded with high-density polyethylene to prepare composite materials, thereby realizing the high value utilization of monkey ear dross waste resources. The mechanical properties of the composite materials were tested. The morphology of the monkey earrings dregs and the morphology of the tensile profile of the prepared composite materials were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The main components of monkey earrings dregs were analyzed. The results show that steam explosion can make fiber bundles dissociate fibroblasts as reinforcing materials; the number of steam explosion can affect the final mechanical properties of composites. The mechanical properties of the composites made by four times of monkey earrings slag steam explosion are the best.
