本文着重阐述医务工作者的价值观念及价值取向的变化及值得思考的有关伦理问题:1.价值取向的多元化,是改革开放的必然结果,是商品经济的必然产物和市场经济的必然趋势。2.人们价值观念与取向的变化,舆论褒贬不一。作者认为,目前情况这是符合改革开放总原则、总精神、总方向的,并列举了六个方面的有利问题。3.针对上述情形,提出以下五个原则问题值得做深入的伦理思考;①坚持“三个有利于”;②坚持个人价值与共同目标相一致;③坚持合理合法、勤劳致富;④坚持各项规章制度、纪律和价值取向一致;⑤主辅适度结合。
