目前,广西文化事业的发展已取得较大的成绩,但存在的突出问题是城乡差距较大,农村文化事业发展相对滞后。这种状况必然制约了我区文化事业的整体发展和全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。各级党委政府要提高认识、加大投入力度、要与农村经济社会发展紧密结合、发展农村特色文化、开展多种形式的群众文化运动、动员社会力量支持方面,加快广西农村的文化建设。
At present, the development of Guangxi’s cultural undertakings has made great achievements. However, the prominent problem is that there is a big gap between urban and rural areas and the development of rural cultural undertakings lags behind. This situation will inevitably restrict the overall development of cultural undertakings in our region and the goal of building an overall well-to-do society. Party committees and governments at all levels should step up their understanding and increase their input, speeding up the cultural construction in Guangxi’s rural areas in close connection with rural economic and social development, developing rural culture, carrying out various forms of mass cultural campaigns and mobilizing social forces.
