1981~1982年,在辽宁省内19个点进行了澳大利亚二棱大麦试种试验,结果表明,该大麦:(1) 生育期较短,从出苗到成熟,两年分别为77.7±7天和79.3±2.7天。如正常时期播种,一般6月下旬都能成熟:(2) 千粒重较高,两年分别为49.7±4.8克和47.7±4.4克,比原来种子提高5.7克、3.7克;(3) 产量较高,1981年平均亩产为424.1斤,1982年为485.4斤;(4) 该大麦一般高度为70~80厘米,茎秆较坚韧较抗倒伏;(5) 抗病性强,除少数试验点感轻度白粉病或轻度锈病外,其他各试点均无病情发生。但该大麦籽粒含氮量比原引进种子为高,可能与这两年当地天气干旱有关。
In 1981-1982, a trial of two-rowed Australian barley was carried out in 19 points in Liaoning Province. The results showed that: (1) The growth period was short, from emergence to maturity, 77.7 ± 7 days and 79.3 ± 2.7 days.
