当前云南制造业存在的主要问题是产业结构层次低、非烟制造业支柱产业竞争力不强、产业集聚程度低、自主创新能力弱。提升云南制造业竞争力应采取四个方面的对策措施,即推进制造业结构优化升级、实施有针对性的产业结构政策、加快实施制造业集群发展战略、增强自主创新能力。
At present, the main problems existing in the manufacturing industry in Yunnan are the low level of industrial structure, the weak competitiveness of non-tobacco manufacturing pillar industries, the low degree of industrial agglomeration and the weak capability of independent innovation. To enhance Yunnan’s manufacturing competitiveness, measures should be taken in four aspects, that is, to promote the optimization and upgrading of the manufacturing structure, implement targeted industrial structure policies, speed up the implementation of the manufacturing cluster development strategy and enhance the capability of independent innovation.
