1.為什麼要擬訂中文拼音方案? 擬訂中文拼音方案的目的,是要設計一套拼音字母和寫法規則,來拼寫以北京語音為標準音的普通話,也就是漢民族共同語。這個中文拼音方案有哪些用處呢? 1)可以用來給漢字注音,在字典上用,在教科書上用,在通俗讀物上用,在需要注音的生僻字上用,在路牌上用,等等。漢字本身不能正確地表示讀音,注上拼音字母,就可以把漢字的標準讀音正確地表示出來。
