This article is compiled from a series of outstanding new TV series newly shot by the Soviet Broadcasting Commission of Latvia in recent years. The film, with its complicated twists and turns, a richly humane narrative style and superb performers’ performances, has been praised as one of the representative works of the Soviet TV art in recent years. The year after the broadcast was awarded the 1983 National Soviet art prize. This is one of the highest honors a literary and art work can get in the Soviet Union. Since then, one of the screenwriter 奥鲁德涅夫 his acting script adapted for the TV title of the same name, immediately selling the country.
