Caldwell-Luc氏上颌窦根治术是耳鼻喉科最常作的手术之一,它也为有关科室所施用。但许多患者由于术后越来越重的上颌与面部区域的症状而来就诊,因而不能不对这一问题加以深入考虑。许多文献已经提到上颌窦根治术后可能出现各种各样的症状,尽管教科书中现在仍在强调这种手术的并发病少,技术简单,但在作者医院所做上颌窦手术的病人,几乎有1/3都是在其他医院做过上颌窦手术之后为着解除术后的症状而来求治者。据此,作者提出下列问题:①这些上颌窦手术是否具有正确的适应症?②何种上颌窦手术的方法适当?③上颌窦手术后出现并发病的原因?本文试图用作者自己的资料来回答这些问题。 1973～1979年,共行上颌窦手术173例次。
Caldwell-Luc’s maxillofacial surgery is one of the most common otorhinolaryngological procedures and is also administered by the department concerned. However, many patients seek treatment for the symptoms of the maxillary and facial regions, which are becoming more and more severe after surgery. Therefore, this issue can not but be considered in detail. Many literatures have mentioned that various symptoms may occur after maxillary sinus resection. Although textbooks still emphasize the less concurrent and simple technique of this operation, almost all the maxillary sinus surgery patients in the author’s hospital almost One third of the patients who had surgery in maxillofacial surgery in other hospitals sought to relieve their symptoms. Accordingly, the authors raise the following questions: (a) Which of these maxillofacial surgeries have the correct indications? (B) Which method of maxillary sinus surgery is appropriate? (C) The causes of morbidity and mortality following maxillary sinus surgery. these questions. From 1973 to 1979, a total of 173 cases of maxillary sinus surgery.
