本文分析了浙江医学院附屬医院1947年11月至1956年6月10年中收治的104例傳染性肝炎病例。本病的临床经过一般可分为3期,即黄疸前期,黄疸期和恢复期。每一期的临床表現仍可依其不同的临床特征分为若干临床类型,此在黄疸前期与黄疸期甚为明显。临床类型的划分,在于能进行早期診断,对預后也有比較可靠的估计,因此在临床上有其一定的意义。作者根据病情將黄疸前期分为以下6型:(1)消化不良型(45.2%),除發热和全身不适外,主要表現为胃納减退,上腹部不适或酸庸,大多并有
