In this paper, the effect of smoking on catecholamine, histamine, prostaglandin and leukotrienes in hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstrictor response in young pigs was studied by chemical blockade. Found in hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction in young mice have sympathetic, leukotriene and prostaglandin mediated histamine play a regulatory role. Smoking can reduce pulmonary vascular resistance in young pigs, mainly by the expansion of PGs mediated. Smoking can attenuate hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction in young pigs. Mainly due to non-smoking HPV in the sympathetic excitement mediated by the alpha receptor pulmonary vasoconstriction reaction, and in smoking after the HPV reaction is mainly by the beta receptor excited pulmonary vasodilation, HPV weakened.
