针对石刁柏(Asparagus officinalis)大田栽培时雌雄混合影响产量,我们知道雄株比雌雄混生的产量高,但组织培养方法繁殖雄株时生根率低或生根不稳定,难以驯化,以及通过愈伤组织繁殖时试管苗易发生变异等问题,我们以石刁柏(品种W 500)5年生雄株幼苗带腋芽的茎段培养所得的丛生芽的嫩芽。接到附加不同浓度配比的IAA、IBA、NAA、ZT和KT的MS培养基上,观察不同生长调节剂及其配比与石刁柏雄株试管苗生根的关系。结果(表1)表明:
