自从1901年Hirschmann首次用改制过的膀胧镜检查鼻窦以来,经过不断改进,形成了当今的鼻内窥镜手术.我科自2008年5月至2009年7月对50例慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内窥镜手术,取得一定效果,也还存在一些问题,为了总结经验,提高疗效,现报道如下.
