我区西部地处里下湖腹地,土壤有效锌含量较少(0.342ppm),近年来制种田母本栽插后难活棵,重病田死苗现象普遍发生,严重影响了制种的产量和质量。从1987年开始,我们在制种田中进行了施用锌肥的试验,取得了较明显的效果,为该地区大面积生产推广施用锌肥提供了依据。一、试验设计 1.锌肥基施,父本移栽时基施0.5公斤,母本移栽时基施1公斤。 2.沾秧根,移栽时父母本均用0.5公斤锌肥加20公斤泥浆拌和沾秧根。 3.根外喷施,于栽后1周、分蘖期、扬花期各喷施一次0.1%的锌肥。 4.锌肥基施再喷施,父本移栽时基施0.5公斤,母本移栽时基施1公斤,于母本分蘖期喷施0.1%的锌肥。
