食用油脂的品质与全民营养健康息息相关,油料作物是食用油脂生产的根本,油料作物的育种工作一直是食用油脂产业链的关键。从20世纪中叶开始,油料作物的选育工作就在各国陆续展开,进入21世纪随着饮食健康和膳食营养的观念逐渐深入人心,油脂作物的选育工作渐渐吸引大批科研工作者的目光。基于此,综述近年来花生、大豆、芝麻等主要油料作物品种选育的研究进展。
The quality of edible oil is closely related to the nutrition of all people. Oilseed crop is the essential food edible oil production. Breeding of oilseed crops has been the key to edible oil industry chain. Since the middle of the 20th century, the breeding of oilseed crops has been carried out in various countries gradually. With the concept of dietary health and dietary nutrition gradually reaching the hearts of the people in the 21st century, the breeding of oilseed crops has gradually attracted the attention of a large number of researchers. Based on this, the research progress on breed breeding of major oilseed crops such as peanut, soybean and sesame in recent years is reviewed.
