Purac, the Netherlands, is about to build a new lactide plant in Thailand to produce bio-plastic raw materials. The Dutch company headquartered in Gorinchem is part of the transborder baking raw materials and lactic acid producer CSMNV with revenues of 2.6 billion euros (25.44 billion yuan).
