目的观察葱白提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠血浆气体信号分子硫化氢(H2S)和一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响,阐明葱白提取物抗心肌缺血作用机制。方法将SPF级SD雄性大鼠40只随机分为正常对照组、空白模型组、葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组,每组10只。结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支,建立急性心肌缺血模型。用生化分析仪检测血清Tn I、CK-MB、LDH水平,采用去蛋白法检测血浆H2S和NO水平。结果与空白模型组相比,葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组均降低了ST段抬高、血清Tn I、CK-MB、LDH水平(P<0.01);升高了血浆H2S和NO水平(P<0.01)。结论葱白提取物有明显抗大鼠急性心肌缺血作用,其机制可能与升高血浆H2S和NO水平有关。
Objective To observe the effects of extract of scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on the levels of plasma gas hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and nitric oxide (NO) in acute myocardial ischemia rats and to elucidate the anti-ischemic mechanism of Scutellaria barbata extract. Methods Forty SPF SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, blank model group, light blue extract group and nitroglycerin group, with 10 rats in each group. Ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery in rats, the establishment of acute myocardial ischemia model. Serum Tn I, CK-MB and LDH levels were detected by biochemical analyzer, and plasma levels of H2S and NO were measured by deproteinization. Results Compared with the blank group, the levels of ST segment elevation, serum Tn I, CK-MB and LDH (P <0.01) and the plasma H2S and NO levels (P <0.01). Conclusion The extract of scutellaria leaves has obvious anti-acute myocardial ischemia in rats, and its mechanism may be related to elevated plasma levels of H2S and NO.
