全球化正日益考验着区域经济调整和保持其竞争优势的能力。面对全球化的挑战,各地区的反应有很大的不同。但无论如何,全球化带来的技术的迅速变化、市场的扩大以及对知识需求的不断增强,为地区发展提供了难得的新的机会。当然,要想抓住这个机遇,就需要企业的进一步投资、产品结构的调整、劳动力素质的提高、技术的进步以及投资环境的改善。 一些生态环境脆弱、基础设施落后、私人投资不足、人口流失严重的缺乏基本发展条件的地区,将难以适应全球化的大趋势。
Globalization is increasingly testing the ability of the regional economy to adjust and maintain its competitive edge. In the face of the challenges of globalization, the reactions of different regions are quite different. Nonetheless, the rapid technological changes brought by globalization, the expansion of the market and the ever-increasing demand for knowledge have provided rare new opportunities for regional development. Of course, in order to seize this opportunity, we need the further investment of enterprises, the adjustment of product structure, the improvement of labor quality, the advancement of technology and the improvement of investment environment. In some areas where the ecological environment is fragile, infrastructure is backward, private investment is insufficient and population loss lacks basic conditions for development, it will be difficult to adapt to the general trend of globalization.
