１ 问题提出多轴自动车床采用多刀将棒料或管料加工成轴承套圈。其外表面采用圆型样板刀，这种刀具具有加工精度稳定、生产率高、刀具使用寿命长和刃磨简便等特点。它与切断刀配合，完成一个套圈的车加工及下料，这种组合方式是长期采用的加工方法。图１是工件与刀具工作示意
