在建国50周年大庆前夕,党中央召开十五届四中全会,专题研究讨论国有企业改革和发展问题,江泽民同志发表重要讲话。全会审议通过了《中共中央关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》。这是在我国改革和发展的关键时刻召开的一次关键性会议。会议通过的《决定》,是关系我国跨世纪发展的一个重大战略决策,是指导国有企业改革和发展的纲领性文件。我们要从战略的高度来认识学习宣传十五届四中全会精神的重要意义。
On the eve of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Central Party Committee held the 4th Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to study and discuss the issue of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. Comrade Jiang Zemin delivered an important speech. The plenary session reviewed and adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues Concerning the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises. This is a crucial meeting held at the crucial moment of our country’s reform and development. The “decision” passed at the meeting is a major strategic decision that relates to the cross-century development of our country and is a programmatic document that guides the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. We must understand from a strategic height the importance of learning and propagandizing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee.
