我省是大豆生产基地之一,农村大豆秸秆量大,秋末杨树的落叶遍地皆是。为了就地取材,我们作了杂木屑加豆秸和杨树叶栽平菇试验。(一)试验配方:(1)木屑30%,豆秸60%,麦麸8%。(2)木屑30%,豆秸30%,杨树叶30%。(3)木屑40%,豆秸50%,麦麸8%。(4)木屑30%,豆秸40%,杨树叶20%。(5)木屑78%,麦麸20%(对照)。以上各配方均加蔗糖1%、石膏粉1%,含水量约60%,pH 自然。按常规拌料、装罐头瓶(各5瓶),灭

(5) 78% sawdust, wheat bran 20% (control). The above formulas are added sucrose 1%, 1% gypsum powder, water content of about 60%, pH natural. According to the conventional spices, canned bottles (each 5 bottles), off
