中国证监会主席周小川日前在此间召开的金融企业与资本市场发展座谈会上指出,在规范发展证券市场和改革发行制度的基础上,欢迎金融企业发行上市。由于金融企业具有明显的行业特殊性,座谈会着重讨论了适应这些特殊性的信息披露、保护投资者合法权益和中介服务等问题。
Zhou Xiaochuan, chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission recently pointed out at the forum for the development of financial enterprises and capital markets held here that on the basis of regulating the development of the securities market and the reform of the issuance system, the issuance and listing of financial enterprises are welcomed. Due to the obvious industry specificity of financial enterprises, the symposium will focus on such issues as adapting to these particularities of information disclosure, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of investors and intermediary services.
