目的:运用Meta分析评价自动乳腺全容积成像系统(automated breast volume scanning,ABVS)与手持探头超声(hand-held ultrasound,HHUS)对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 :采用计算机自动配合手工检索COCHRANE、WEB OF SCIENCE、PUBMED、EMBASE、中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数字化期刊全文数据库(检索时间:建库至2015年3月7日),搜集并筛选出HHUS与ABVS鉴别诊断女性良恶性乳腺肿瘤的文献,应用STATA12.0软件对入选文献的试验数据进行分析。结果 :17篇文献符合纳入标准。ABVS和HHUS合并诊断比值比分别为95.21(53.85~168.36)、28.88(16.15~51.66),合并特异度分别为0.90(0.86~0.93)、0.84(0.78~0.89),合并敏感度分别为0.91(0.88~0.93)、0.84(0.79~0.88)。结论 :ABVS在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断方面较HHUS具有更高的临床价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value of automated breast volume scanning (ABVS) and hand-held ultrasound (HHUS) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors by Meta-analysis. Methods: The data of COCHRANE, WEB OF SCIENCE, PUBMED, EMBASE, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI and Wanfang Digitized Periodical Database were searched by computer automatically. March 7, 2015), the literature on the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors in women with HHUS and ABVS was collected and screened. The experimental data of selected literature were analyzed by using STATA12.0 software. Results: 17 articles met the inclusion criteria. The diagnostic odds ratios of ABVS and HHUS were 95.21 (53.85 ~ 168.36) and 28.88 (16.15 ~ 51.66) respectively, and the combined specificity was 0.90 (0.86-0.93) and 0.84 (0.78-0.89) respectively, and the combined sensitivity was 0.91 ~ 0.93), 0.84 (0.79 ~ 0.88). Conclusion: ABVS has higher clinical value than HHUS in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
