某MMA厂混合冷却器投入使用2年后,换热管发生破损泄露,停车检查发现管束外观呈现金属光泽无明显损伤,而管内侧存在大量沉积物,沉积物清洗后发现管内侧存在严重孔蚀现象。本文结合热交换器设计指标及实际运行工况,分析腐蚀失效原因为热交换器管侧实际运行流速过低,介质沉积导致垢下腐蚀。同时针对失效原因,提出热交换器结构优化方案及相关改善措施以确保系统稳定运行。
After a certain MMA plant hybrid cooler was put into operation for 2 years, the heat exchange tube was damaged and leaked. The parking inspection showed that the appearance of the tube bundle showed no obvious metallic luster, while there was a large amount of deposits inside the pipe. After cleaning the deposits, there were serious pitting phenomenon. In this paper, the heat exchanger design indicators and the actual operating conditions, analysis of corrosion failure due to the actual heat exchanger tube side of the actual flow rate is too low, medium deposition led to scale corrosion. At the same time, according to the reason of failure, the heat exchanger structure optimization plan and related improvement measures are put forward to ensure the stable operation of the system.
