感染是急性白血病致死的主要原因之一,它的发生又直接影响白血病化疗的进行。加强对白血病患者并发感染的认识,有助于提高本病的缓解率和延长生存期。现就我院1980～1987年109例初治急性白血病患儿,并发感染的规律及治疗中的体会总结如下。
Infection is one of the main causes of death of acute leukemia, and its occurrence directly affects the progress of leukemia chemotherapy. To strengthen the understanding of patients with leukemia complicated by infection, help to improve the disease response rate and prolong survival. Now on our hospital from 1980 to 1987, 109 cases of newly diagnosed children with acute leukemia, the rule of infection and treatment experience summarized below.
